Head of Creative Development

With over eight years of experience in education and as a qualified teacher, Amy is passionate about art and inspiring young people. She leads the creative development of the Growing Artists Programme, designing projects, events and initiatives that support the next generation of creative thinkers and young artists in Gibraltar.

Her work plays a key role in securing funding and creating opportunities that allow the programme and its participants to grow.

Phoebe Noble

Art Practitioner & Content Creator

Phoebe leads a range of weekly sessions, including Art Squad, ARTeam and the Youth Group, working with children and teenagers of all ages. She enjoys helping young artists build confidence, develop their skills and explore opportunities in the arts beyond school.

Alongside teaching, Phoebe manages the programme's digital presence, creating content across social media and designing and maintaining the website to share the projects, events and community work taking place throughout the year.

Pedro

Technician & Maintenance

Pedro plays a vital role in keeping the Growing Artists Programme running smoothly. He ensures the space is safe, clean and welcoming, while supporting the team with exhibition installations, room set-ups and a wide range of practical tasks.

From preparing displays for local artists and schools to helping behind the scenes at events, Pedro is an essential part of bringing our projects to life.
